Rouse Energy is a clean-tech company with a proprietary, "green", patented, fuel additive we call "CMS" (for comprehensive mineral supplement) that improves combustion of a variety of fuels (higher heat, even heat, lower emissions, cleaner ash). The feedstock for production is waste material, some of it toxic, otherwise destined for landfills. The target application is power generation, but other industrial processes using heat produce waste slag as an unwanted byproduct that can be recycled into CMS for a circular, on-site process. With CMS, we hope to reshape the future of industrial combustion and integrated platforms such as briquetting and pyrolosis.
As we expand across global markets, we’re seeking a senior specialist who can secure and manage waste supply chains with a deep understanding of environmental compliance and industrial byproduct valorization.

You will lead our efforts to identify, secure, and structure agreements for industrial waste streams — including fly ash, slag, tire-derived products, and other inorganic byproducts — that serve as feedstock for Rouse Energy’s fuel systems.
You will act as a bridge between waste producers (utilities, manufacturers, recyclers) and Rouse Energy’s product teams — ensuring waste sourcing is compliant, cost-effective, and scalable.

Identify and build partnerships with waste-generating industrial facilities (e.g., coal plants, steel mills, tire recyclers).
Evaluate regulatory frameworks related to waste classification, transport, disposal, and reuse.
Develop sourcing strategies that yield free or revenue-generating waste acquisition.
Coordinate logistics, permits, and compliance for domestic and international waste transport.
Advise internal teams on waste-stream compatibility with CMS, briquetting, or pyrolysis processes.
Support grant applications, ESG reporting, and strategic procurement efforts.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in waste management, environmental compliance, and/or industrial-materials sourcing.
In-depth knowledge of U.S. and international waste regulations, including hazardous/non-hazardous classifications.
Proven track record of securing waste/byproduct supply agreements.
Experience coordinating with environmental agencies, recyclers, or utility operators.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to engage with public/private partners.
Experience in fly ash, slag, carbon black, or tire-derived fuel management.
Familiarity with circular economy or resource recovery strategies.
Knowledge of DOE, EPA, or EU grant-supported waste reuse programs.
